Hi there, participant number 164 from the Big Rock Olympic Tri here.
I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with the organization for the Big Rock Tri. Out of the 5 events I did this year, by far this was the best organized event. Having so many lifeguards in the water, personnel at the intersections, and police bikes on the street made this race top notch. I would recommend this race to anyone, and will be back next year. Just wanted to take a moment to tell you guys nice job. Registration/check-in was well organized. The course was well marked, fun, and had just enough challenge to keep your head in the game. I wish all events could go this smooth.

Thanks for hosting the Tri last weekend. I know that it was a smaller turn-out than you were probably hoping for, but I enjoyed it a lot. It's great that we can take advantage of the weather and continue do swim events in November in SoCal!
My only constructive feedback is to change the course slightly to eliminate the death hill at the beginning of the ride (many of us pushed our bikes). I think that the hill was OK for the run, though. Otherwise I thought that the course was excellent, and I hope that you host this again.
Another reason I'm emailing you is to find out when the event pictures will be available and which site (i.e. which company) will host them.

I competed in the Big Dirt Tri today and it was a great experience! I have done several XTERRA races and I have to say that you and your team did a great job, I look forward to doing another SAW event in the future (specifically off-road.)
I was also wondering when the race results will be posted? Thanks again for a memorable day!

I placed 2nd in the Male 35-39 division of the Nov. 7 Big Rock Olympic Distance race. I was wondering when the awards would be mailed out. Also, could you tell me who the photography company was that was taking pictures at the race? I would like to order some when they become available.
Lastly, I wanted to thank you for putting on such a great race. I have done this race several times over the years and have always enjoyed it. I compete in many events throughout the year from Olympic Distance to Ironman. I put your event near the top of my list due to the great venue, outstanding organization and support, and all around good value. I hope to see your event thrive in the years to come. Because of this, I will continue to recommend your event to fellow triathletes.

I just wanted to thank you for putting on a first class event at Perris last weekend, I had a great time just as I did at the 2008 spring event. The t-shirts are the best I have ever seen from a triathlon or running event, most events I just use the shirts for cleaning rags!
I saw some photographers there, were they official event photographers? If so how can I contact them.

I just wanted to say what a great race you guys put on today. This
goes down as the most organized race I have ever taken part in.
